While writing a piece is an immersive experience, even performing the same can be very immersive and enjoyable. Onenest in Juhu has created this beautiful space for performers to be able to reach this space and live their writing.

These two poems are depictions of Love… with yearning, despair, expectations, hurt, sadness, longing, hope, freedom… a mixture of various ‘Rasas’.

Love takes various forms and manifests in many ways. The poet and performer has tried to do justice to each piece and weave a story connecting the two – while in real they were written at different times and were inspired by different real time situations and emotions.

More renditions of same pieces may feel more sad or joyous or playful depending on the background and the rendition on that day…

But the core of it stays the “longing for togetherness” and love.
